CloudKrate offers many functionalities for suppliers – most importantly by hosting their catalogues and product offers. On their homepage, suppliers will see orders placed for their products, status of purchase orders and can also update status for orders as they ship and deliver them to customers. Suppliers can refresh and manage their own catalogues. With a dedicated page to exhibit their discount offers – CloudKrate is a one stop catalog and order management and sales improvement portal for suppliers.
Visibility, Transparency and Efficiency. Publish your catalogue online and let your customers browse the products from your complete range. We aim to bring visibility to the Indian distributors and introduce customers to the local markets. Once an order is placed, our tools allow for a follow up of the supply chain process right from receiving the purchase order up to receipt of payment. Cut down time on receiving purchase orders and get the complete log for each order placed with you.
To upload your catalogue please email us a soft copy of your catalogue (Excel preferably) and we will categorize it. We will then give a training session for you and your employees to make your online account with CloudKrate and upload catalogue and Offers.

CloudKrate provides a platform for group ordering. Users can subscribe to CloudKrate and form their own groups. They can invite team members and colleagues to their groups and can manage the consolidated purchasing requirements of the group. User groups have access to pre-loaded supplier catalogues, a product and services market place and also an inventory feature to track and manage their purchases. CloudKrate also provides detailed order fulfilment visibility right from purchase order creation to product delivery and invoice payment.
Not yet; you can use CloudKrate for browsing catalogues and offers, tracking your order and managing your inventory. CloudKrate does not allow purchase through the website at the moment; but watch this space for more!
CloudKrate is a freely available website; no need to download any software or plugins. You can access it from anywhere as long as you have an internet connection.
It is like forming groups on any other social networking website. Create a profile for yourself on CloudKrate and input details of your group like a valid group name and an email id. As the first member of the group – you will be the administrator of this group. You can now start placing orders and invite other users to your group.
CloudKrate allows you to be a part of more than one group. Just make a new group or have the group admin add you as a member and manage your groups through the group homepage.
The CloudKrate Marketplace is your one stop for searching products and adding them to your order cart. The marketplace provides easy search functionality to find your required product – now no more browsing through long and complicated vendor catalogs. You can search them by product name, catalog number, vendor name or even by keyword – all in one location.
In 3 easy steps:
• Download the convenient .csv template from the inventory section of CloudKrate.
• Update your existing inventory into the template under the appropriate heading.
• Save as .csv file and upload to CloudKrate! You are all set!
The orders and inventory details are visible to all the members in your group. No other group, user or supplier on CloudKrate can access these details. Remember, the essence of CloudKrate is to optimize group ordering and visibility into group orders and inventory is a key step towards achieving that goal.
The CloudKrate dashboard provides basic order and spend analysis on completed and open orders and outstanding products. It also hosts the message board for your group. The current dashboard is only the first step in our endeavor to provide insightful and comprehensive spend analytics and plans are in works to expand its capabilities and outputs.
Users can search for items through the marketplace, put in orders (pending approval), update inventories and upload documents. Administrators can additionally manage group members and approve orders.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for any questions.
Documents allows you to share protocols and other useful information within your group. Once a document is uploaded, anyone who is a member of the group can view it by logging into CloudKrate.
Yes. The inventory will automatically be updated to reflect received items. You can add in location too!
Currently CloudKrate is designed to be an order and inventory management system and marketplace and does not host a payment platform. Payments for all products should be processed through your existing standard payment channels for vendors. In the near future we do envision hosting CloudKrate’s own payment channel.
While it is our least favorite place on CloudKrate – you can do this easily by selecting the ‘Exit from Group’ option under the Member Details field. This is found on the Settings tab in your group.
